Well, our anniversary is coming up one week from today! To celebrate...we are going to VEGAS! We leave tomorrow. I (Jeri) have never been there, and Travis went when he was like 12, so it should be a great time!! Vegas is about 4 1/2 hours from us...so if we like it, it makes for a cheap vacation! We will post pictures when we get back.
In 3 weeks we are going on a camping trip to Santa Barbara! We are going with a couple that lives next door to us and another couple that lives in our building. We are SO excited about that! Camping virtually right on the beach. Santa Barbara is beautiful...believe it or not, more beautiful than Malibu.
The weekend after our camping trip Travis' parents are coming for a few days. We are going to do alot of fun stuff...hopefully Jay Leno, Wheel of Fortune and a Dodgers game. That will be a fun weekend, too.
Labor day weekend one of our bridesmaids is coming into town. We will be going to a Labor day Dodgers game with foreworks!
Summer is lots of fun here!! I do not want Travis' school to start back up!

You are correct in your observations! We love it at SR! I have met your aunt and uncle, but only once (we've just been at SR for a couple of months). I grew up in San Antonio too. I went to MacArthur Park (and MacArthur HS for that matter). When Brett and I moved back to SA we attended Oak Hills for about 4 years. We are so thankful the Lord led us to SR. It has been such a blessing. If you're ever down our way, you'll have to find us at church.
